The Basics
Just as chi flows through the body, there is a flow of energy through family systems.
When energy is flowing in a healthy way, it gives each family member the resources they need to thrive (like love, support, vitality, power, freedom).
However, when one member of a family sustains a trauma or difficult fate, and those involved have NOT made peace with what happened, the healthy flow of energy through the system is disrupted and distorted.
This can leave later generations (i.e, you and your children) hungry for vital life force, or carrying emotional burdens, negative patterns, and unhealthy entanglements that do not belong to them – yet powerfully impact their lives.

My client, Kate, was overly angry with her husband and couldn't figure out why. It turned out she was carrying her mom's anger towards Kate's dad for getting her pregnant so young.

My client, Joe, had struggled with depression his whole life until we cleared an entanglement he was stuck in with his grandfather who'd been given up for adoption at 4 years old. Joe felt disconnected from life the same way his grandfather felt disconnected from his birth family.

My client, Sarah, never felt like she belonged. It turned out, she was unconsciously carrying the emotions her great grandmother had felt when she'd left her community and homeland behind, immigrating to the US as a teenager.

Often, within a day to several months of having a session done, longstanding issues will significantly lessen or disappear altogether. This is because Family Constellations shift dynamics at a deep level, where we are unconsciously bound by family loyalty and traumas from long ago.
How the work is done...
Sessions are facilitated in a myriad of settings, ranging from large public workshops to online 1:1 sessions.
Since my clients live all over the globe, I typically work with clients over Zoom. We are joined by my trained assistant who has been part of my team for many years.
During the session, myself and my team member will stand in to represent your family members (and other significant individuals), and report what is happening in your family's underlying dynamic (or, "constellation").
As the session moves along, I will tune into "the Field" and explore respectful, loving interventions that can help shift your family's energy in a way that is healthier for you and the family system as a whole.
Clients are often blown away by how accurately our work reflects and addresses what has been going on in their family.
